In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct complex analysis of patient genetic data.
• Assess data quality and differentiate meaningful data from noise.
• Review assays and ensure accurate variant identification.
• Maintain departmental work in progress for timely patient results.
• Comply with laboratory protocols and contribute to quality assurance activities.
• Troubleshoot test performance issues and document corrective actions.
• Participate in proficiency testing and continual training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem resolution and improvement projects.
