- Develop new reports and dashboards tailored to program managers' needs

- Perform data analysis and offer improvement recommendations
- Document reporting metrics for user clarity
- Establish processes for data collection and aggregation for new projects or grants

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
- Experience in data analysis or statistical programming
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI
