The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) aims to promote top-notch early education for children from birth to age 8. This role within the Market Solutions team is pivotal in supporting the organization's mission with data-driven insights that align with strategic goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director, Market Solutions & Customer Care to align data tasks with strategic objectives.
• Independently collect data from various sources, including internal databases and external research.
• Utilize statistical software and visualization tools for data cleaning, preparation, and analysis.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on best practices in data analysis and contribute additional tasks related to the role.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or certification in a relevant field.
• 3-4 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or related operations.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Salesforce, NetForum, and iMIS.
• Preferred certifications in Tableau, Salesforce, or PowerBI.
• Problem-solving experience in a membership or association context.
