In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with R&D scientists to understand complex project requirements and ensure timelines are met.
• Lead the full lifecycle of data science projects from inception to deployment and maintenance.
• Identify and implement process improvements for R&D efficiency using data solutions.
• Develop machine learning models for process automation and efficiency optimization.
• Integrate predictive analytics into systems with data engineers to maintain data integrity.
• Present clear insights to stakeholders, ensuring understanding across various expertise levels.
• Establish data governance and version control best practices.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in data science or related fields.
• Expertise in Python, including pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Proven project leadership and process improvement skills.
• Experience with machine learning model implementation and optimization.
• Strong project management and coding documentation skills.
• Effective communication to translate data insights into business strategies.
