Cadmus is searching for a data analyst to support its Public Sector Division, especially in connection with FEMA recovery operations. This position involves working on a federal contract, requiring U.S. citizenship, to analyze and manage data related to compensation processes. Initially remote, the role may require periodic in-office work in Arlington, VA. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Excel trackers and PowerBI dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for report consolidation.
• Create R scripts to automate Excel tools.
• Handle ad hoc analysis requests.
• Present new tools and dashboards to client leadership.
• Potentially develop SharePoint sites and workflows.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree with seven years of experience or master’s degree with five years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Experience with R and Python.
• Experience in PowerBI dashboard creation.
