In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop concepts for energy efficiency and decarbonization programs.
• Translate market requirements into sustainable product offerings.
• Build relationships to foster innovative customer solutions.
• Manage vendor demonstrations of new technologies.
• Engage stakeholders in product innovation and evaluate new concepts.
• Communicate with internal partners about product capabilities and delivery.
• Support the team in evaluating technologies and needs.
• Provide updates and metrics on product innovation health.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, social science, or engineering.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in energy efficiency evaluation or analytics.

• Familiarity with product management best practices.
• Strong communication skills.
