In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop strategies using credit risk models for underwriting and account management
• Create simulation models to enhance operational efficiency
• Implement credit scoring models for underwriting processes
• Document solution designs and technical specifications
• Stay updated with credit bureau data and machine learning advancements
• Refine segmentation models to support corporate activities
• Test hypotheses and interpret analysis results for actionable insights
• Code software programs and automated processes
• Present analyses to diverse stakeholders
• Mentor junior data scientists and serve as a technical resource

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience with expertise in the field
• Proficiency in statistics, data mining, and machine learning
• Competency in programming using Python, SQL, R, and Scala
• Experience with AWS and advanced mathematics
• Technical writing and data storytelling skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
