Technology Product Analyst IV

Navy Federal Credit Union is searching for a skilled Technology Product Analyst IV who will play a vital role in the Product Delivery Model. This position requires collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the product's roadmap aligns with the enterprise's overall strategy. The team is focused on transitioning to the Cloud, including conducting detailed API documentation and gap analysis in partnership with engineering teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate to analyze and gather business requirements aligned with product vision.
• Elicit, document, and manage both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain detailed product backlogs including epics, features, and stories.
• Participate in Program Increment Planning to prioritize work items.
• Develop models and prototypes to present requirements clearly.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Integrate third-party vendor capabilities into the product roadmap.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance product quality.
• Conduct research and data analysis to guide product decisions.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in problem resolution and determining the root cause.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL and VBA database languages.
• Competence in planning, organizing, and managing complex projects.
• Experience with Navy Federal Service Now and familiarity with its products.
