This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency through project ownership and strategic analytics. The ideal candidate will help streamline supply chain processes and foster improved communication and governance within the department.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and operational requirements.
• Develop operational expertise within the Fulfillment organization.
• Define and manage data and analytics roadmap.
• Project manage departmental data initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Track operational metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Develop processes for measuring KPIs and automating workflows.
• Prepare presentations for internal communication and reporting.
• Support long-range planning activities as required.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in managing reports and metrics within operations

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Tableau Prep, PowerBi, Microsoft Fabric
• Advanced Excel functions and SQL
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
