Senior Analyst, Product Management

The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) is looking for a Senior Analyst in Product Management. The role involves collaborating across teams to generate ideas and develop comprehensive business cases. The individual will support and potentially lead the creation of standards for new or updated products within a team that values iterative communication and feedback from NCQA's advisory and standing committees, as well as customers.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Validate jobs-to-be-done and support TAM/SAM/SOM research and competitive analysis.
• Support the drafting of initial business cases and market segmentation.
• Schedule and prepare for customer and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop content for existing and new programs through multiple iterations.
• Integrate feedback from diverse sources into content development.
• Develop and present educational materials for training sessions.
• Lead presentations and manage communications with stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in health plans or healthcare delivery, or a Master's degree with 2+ years.
• Experience in writing standards or similar requirements.
• Experience taking products through the Product Development Life Cycle.
