In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide advanced analytical support for diverse business operations such as claims and clinical data.
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile extensive datasets across multiple platforms.
• Evaluate data to assess operational impacts and suggest improvements to management.
• Create reports and deliverables for management review.
• Utilize tools like MS Excel, Access, and SQL for data modeling.
• Perform data quality audits to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Aid in training and mentoring other data analysts.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in statistical or data analysis.
• Project management skills or hands-on project implementation experience.
