They are recognized among the 50 fastest-growing private software companies in the U.S. The Sales Operations Data Analyst will be pivotal in bolstering the efforts of the Sales and Sales Development teams through strategic data analyses and insights.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop expert level knowledge of NEOGOV’s Sales Development process, including account based strategies.
- Monitor data activities of a 50+ sales development team, advising on best practices.
- Create reports on high-potential prospects and accounts to assist with communication and appointment goals.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets for prospecting insights.
- Work with Revenue Operations to optimize the use of CRM technology.
- Conduct ongoing data analysis of sales engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership on prospecting strategy adjustments.
- Use ETL tools for data management in Salesforce.
- Maintain data hygiene and eliminate duplicates using third-party tools.
- Train leadership on the use and reporting of the Outreach platform.
- Oversee administration of sales tools, notably the Outreach platform.
