The role aims to innovate and enhance member experiences worldwide by overcoming language challenges and adapting culturally relevant content. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategies that improve the member journey through data insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to identify business opportunities and improve strategies using novel data science methods.
• Develop and implement roadmaps to assess and enhance localization member experience with Experiments and Causal Inference.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and data scientists to scale Causal Inference model-based systems.
• Present research and findings to all levels within the company.
• Act as a regional expert to facilitate education and communication with regional offices.

This role requires you to have:

• Extensive experience in Experimentation and Causal Inference methods.
• Proficiency in languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
• Strong skills in Experimentation and Causal Inference frameworks like propensity score matching and double machine learning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong business acumen and comfort with ambiguity.
