In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Guide the team on complex business problems with strategic insights.
• Conduct advanced statistical model creation and ensure strong internal controls.
• Collaborate with various technical teams for project planning and solution deployment.
• Mentor junior team members in model development and validation.
• Develop and maintain advanced risk models with innovative techniques.
• Standardize documentation and model implementation processes.
• Ensure effective communication with senior management and stakeholders.
• Improve model implementation processes and data security standards.

This role requires you to have:

• Ph.D. or Master's in a quantitative discipline.
• 4+ years in building statistical models and advanced data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, and R.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
