Neuberger Berman's Client Data Strategy team is on the lookout for a dedicated Data Analyst. This role is essential for ensuring the acquisition and maintenance of client data integrity. It involves collaborating with various teams including Reporting & Analytics, CRM, and Finance, to implement enterprise-wide data and analytics improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management and other teams to enhance data processes for sales reporting and compensation.
• Develop and implement workflows using Alteryx and Tableau for data analytics.
• Conduct analyses of sales data to meet enterprise data management standards.
• Define and maintain process flows and relevant policies.
• Take ownership of client data, systems, and processes.
• Streamline and automate processes for efficiency.
• Verify asset and transaction details for exception management.
• Create robust reconciliation processes.
• Ensure adherence to data management best practices.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Asset Management focusing on Data and Analytics.
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and SQL.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
