New Millennium is looking for a proficient Data Market Analyst to enhance their Salesforce Lightning Platform. This role involves maintaining and developing analytics tools, supporting integrations, and ensuring effective data management and documentation. The candidate will join a team dedicated to advancing strategic data processes and assisting in the development of comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Administer and manage T-CRM and Einstein Analytics tasks within Salesforce
- Perform administrative tasks with Qlick and Tableau, addressing issues faced by the sales team
- Collect, input, and test data using analytics tools
- Test sandbox and production data against ERP sources
- Assist in defining project scope and requirements
- Support planned deployment activities
- Help with testing new features and enhancements
- Contribute to building and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Monitor the effectiveness of sales reporting tools and processes
- Extract and compile data from multiple sources to create datasets
- Maintain documentation and support application development
This role requires you to have:
- Excellent listening and self-motivation skills
- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Process and data-driven mindset
- Ability to create and maintain logical documentation
- Desire to learn and take on challenges
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems
- Skills in PowerPoint
- Knowledge of business process automation including Lightning Flow and advanced formulas
- Familiarity with Salesforce SAQL, SQL
- Salesforce Admin or Analytics Certifications
- Incorporating data sources into Tableau or Qlick
- Experience with GitHub and Heroku Environments
- Background in the steel industry
