This position supports NOCC's mission by advancing data-driven decision-making with the Director of Data and Special Projects.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Create data visualizations and analysis for team reflection
- Update NOCC Data Dashboard monthly
- Fulfill data requests from leadership
- Analyze and report on trainee feedback surveys
- Participate in data community initiatives
- Communicate with partner schools regarding trainee enrollment
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and governance
- Provide stakeholder training on data systems
- Conduct routine data audits for quality assurance
- Implement automated tools for data processes

This role requires you to have:
