New Relic is looking for an experienced Lead/Principal Product Analyst to be a key player in its Enterprise Analytics team. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Analytics, this role is vital for integrating analytics with organizational strategy, helping senior leadership make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will bring a robust analytics background to support complex data initiatives across diverse functions such as Product, Finance, and Marketing Analytics.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct operational deep dives to understand complex business questions.
- Collaborate with data scientists to turn statistical analysis into actionable insights.
- Provide insights on customer trends and sentiment in relation to key business metrics.
- Develop and present comprehensive operational reports to C-level executives.
- Oversee the reporting and analysis of the company's North Star metric.
- Lead projects to build new data assets and capabilities, such as anomaly detection products.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Over 8 years of experience in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
- Strong skills in SQL and Python.
- Familiarity with statistical concepts and the ability to explain machine learning models.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level audiences.
