In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Install, ground, and manage equipment including labeling and migration
• Conduct cable installation, mining, and testing procedures
• Perform testing procedures such as Bert and RFC for fiber optics and copper OSP circuits
• Assist with Data Service Operations Maintenance as directed
• Ensure maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, security, and fire protection systems
• Identify and respond to system faults and operational emergencies
• Perform operational monitoring and adjustments of HVAC and electrical systems
• Maintain maintenance logs and prepare accurate reports
• Coordinate and approve contractor work orders
• Work from technical documents and adhere to change control processes
• Respond to service requests across the organization

This role requires you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in critical data center operations
• Proficiency with Building Automation and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems
• Ability to complete required safety classes
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and work order software systems
• Excellent communication skills
