In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop the business intelligence platform by creating dashboards and defining key metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams on business metrics.
• Establish clear engagement rules for data queries and report processes.
• Investigate AI and machine learning applications for business insights.
• Proactively offer solutions to improve operations and systems.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics roles
• Strategic thinking and execution
• Extensive reporting and analysis experience in SaaS environments
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau
• SQL expertise
• Strong communication skills
• Cross-functional leadership
