Nextant LLC is on the lookout for a passionate Data Analyst 3 to assist their client team. This role involves enhancing email marketing efforts through sophisticated data techniques and leading Monthly Business Reviews. The main objective is to optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and insightful analysis.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop business insights, ad-hoc reporting, and methods to enhance business transparency.
• Collaborate with the data engineering vendor team to create additional dashboards and reports.
• Analyze and interpret external and internal data to improve multi-channel campaigns.
• Generate and manage standardized reports based on analytic results to support reporting cadence.
• Align documentation and reporting with current business needs and fiscal year priorities.
• Build reports based on business area execution and predefined metrics.
• Establish clear reporting rules for accurate report utilization.
• Define measurement methodologies for business performance.
• Assist in planning new campaigns with historical benchmark data and set campaign goals.

This role requires you to have:

• A degree in computer science, marketing, statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with marketing measurements, including attribution analysis and A/B testing.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI.
• 5+ years of experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, statistical analysis).

Candidate must be located in Washington State. Fully remote position with a preference for candidates able to occasionally work from the client office in Redmond, WA. Position has an estimated start date of 9/19/2024 and an estimated end date of 12/20/2025.
