Data Analyst 4

Nextant LLC is in search of a Data Analyst 4 to join their client team. This role is aimed at managing and optimizing computer databases, applying database management knowledge, and supporting senior management and client teams with data requirements. The team strives to innovate in data manipulation, storage, and analysis strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordination with senior management, technical teams, and clients to determine data requirements
• Develop logical and physical database descriptions and direct others in coding
• Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes
• Modify existing databases and management systems or direct changes by programmers and analysts
• Test programs or databases, troubleshoot and correct errors, and make necessary modifications

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related
• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, Excel Dashboards, and SQL-based reporting
• Knowledge of the ETL process
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proven success in previous roles
• A passion for data and aiding business decisions
