Nicholls State University offers a full-time opportunity for a Data Analyst to contribute to the Institutional Research department. This role is designed for someone who enjoys compiling and analyzing data, with a focus on academic and administrative needs. The position supports the ongoing success of students, faculty, and staff by providing accurate and timely data insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Respond to and fulfill ad-hoc data requests accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with mandatory data reporting as needed.
• Compile and analyze various data including student, graduation, employee, and schedule data.
• Maintain university dashboards with updated data.
• Support the design and analysis of surveys using Qualtrics.
• Attend professional development events to stay informed about new research techniques.
