This role is integral to developing innovative analytics solutions for strategic client challenges. The team focuses on creativity and drives innovation in marketing analytics. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced analytics solutions for marketing challenges using AI/ML techniques.
- Provide actionable insights and advisory services to clients using established models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with software teams to integrate solutions into the marketing analytics platform.
- Continuously refine and evaluate models to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as primary Level 2 support for resolving issues with deployed models.
- Stay current with advancements in marketing science and AI to enhance the platform.
- Foster an innovative and experimental team culture, mentoring peers and juniors.

This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years of experience in data science or decision science.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistical, Mathematical, or Computer Science fields with advanced degrees preferred.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling, both Frequentist and Bayesian methods.
- Strong knowledge of ML/AI algorithms.
- Experience with programming using Python, R, and SQL.
- Cloud toolkit experience including AWS, GCP, Azure, and related tools.
- Knowledge of product development tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.
