In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Drive business and product initiatives with actionable insights
- Manage data analysis and visualization efforts
- Guide non-technical teams in data utilization
- Design efficient and logical data structures
- Mentor junior data analysts
- Develop and sustain data processes and practices

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Over 3 years of data analytics experience
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency with R, Python, and Excel
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities
- Prioritization and stakeholder management skills
