The role exists to enhance data integrity and inform key business outcomes by leveraging cutting-edge data techniques and tools.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and process data from various business systems and customer service products.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Develop interactive and informative dashboards using Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
• Maintain Tableau Server environments and ensure data security.

This role requires you to have:

• Extensive experience with Tableau for building dashboards.
• Proficient in analyzing Salesforce data and crafting SQL queries.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data.

• Ability to manage Tableau Server environments.

Candidates must be US citizens or H1B visa holders, and the role is open to C2C candidates. The consultant will work 40 hours per week on Eastern Standard Time.
