Nordic Global seeks a dedicated Analyst – Managed Services to deliver expert EHR support for their clients. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity and stability of EHR applications, guiding clients through troubleshooting, and fulfilling system requests.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure the integrity and stability of EHR applications
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirement specifications
• Monitor issue queues and take appropriate actions
• Take customer calls, resolve issues during the call, or document and transition them
• Configure EHR applications to meet customer requirements
• Perform workflow analysis, system setup, and system audits
• Complete up-to-date documentation in ticketing systems
• Follow proper change control policies and improve workflows
• Work on projects and assist corporate initiatives as necessary
• Manage multiple clients and projects with oversight from Senior Application Advisors
• Adapt focus to deliver on priorities under Team Leads' guidance
• Take on new responsibilities to grow and develop skills

This role requires you to have:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Ability to apply problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

You would benefit from having:

• Certification or experience with EHR data models
• Certification in PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau (preferred)
• Experience in EHR application modules
• Customer service experience
• Experience in Healthcare IT and ITIL processes
• Ability to advocate for and lead process improvements
