As a PowerBI Analyst, one takes on the vital role of creating, testing, and refining reports to support internal operations. This position plays a crucial part in guiding analytics discussions and providing data-driven recommendations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop complete reports and dashboards for Nordic.
• Lead discussions to address reporting and analytics needs, designing and proposing solutions.
• Troubleshoot to maintain integrity and stability of PowerBI reporting.
• Address requests for PowerBI reporting and analytics at Nordic.
• Guide in-depth analysis of workflows for improvements.
• Document unique processes and establish support protocols.
• Adhere to change control policies for configurations.
• Create documentation for consistent process adherence.
• Anticipate and suggest solutions for process changes.
• Foster a team culture focused on Managed Services goals.
• Engage in internal process improvements projects.
• Guide junior team members in reporting and analytics.
• Travel up to 5% of the time.

This role requires you to have:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 1+ years developing PowerBI reports and dashboards
• PowerBI reporting tools certification
• Experience with SQL and SQL server
