The role offers a unique opportunity to develop advanced strategies, conduct analyses, and tackle challenging projects that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business profitability. This position will involve significant interaction with senior leadership, providing critical insights and recommendations.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and assess data for interpreting credit card portfolio performance
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Collections strategies
- Translate analysis findings into strategic recommendations
- Forecast credit losses and delinquencies
- Implement innovative solutions with data mining and programming
- Design business cases to enhance collections risk operations
- Identify and suggest improvements for business processes related to credit risks
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Handle additional ad hoc requests as needed

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of experience in financial data analysis, preferably in consumer credit
- Proficiency in SAS/SQL programming languages
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Proven ability in developing automated reporting programs
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex data
