In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and evaluate activities to support the EI Section's role as the state lead agency for IDEA Part C.
- Provide technical assistance to local programs ensuring compliance and effective performance.
- Collect and analyze program data for use by local management teams.
- Examine service delivery data and trends.
- Present monitoring findings and reports to EI Section and management teams.
- Analyze data to inform program improvement and decision making.
- Review program data to assess reliability and identify areas of non-compliance.
- Assist local directors in interpreting data and planning for future strategies.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience in program evaluation principles and practices.
- Proficient in data management and reporting systems.
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Skilled in presenting information verbally and in written form.
- Project leadership and recommending system changes.

- Understanding of data governance and privacy laws.
- Providing training and technical assistance.
- Proficiency in statistical software like SPSS, SAS, R.
