The Senior Principal Data Insight Analyst will be part of a diverse team, driving innovation in data analysis and visualization within the Aeronautics Systems division.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Create data visualizations to communicate findings to various organizational levels.
- Design and implement software tools to advance the contract discipline.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Operations team to ensure alignment with regulations.
- Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards to support contract professionals.
- Develop reports and respond to data inquiries efficiently.
- Provide training where necessary.
- Present technical approaches and results to management.
- Review and prepare data for integration and analysis.
- Develop creative solutions to complex problems.

This role requires you to have:
- High school diploma with 12 years of experience, Bachelor's with 8 years, or Master's with 6 years.
- Ability to extract and manipulate data from databases, such as SQL.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in ad hoc research and data analysis.
- Current DoD Secret Security Clearance.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience preferred in operational settings over manufacturing.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages like Python.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques like regression and decision trees.
- Experience in technical writing and communication of complex data.
- Additional education and experience in aircraft systems or the aerospace industry.
