In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and provide solutions for work queues.
• Review assigned claim queues daily to ensure timely generation.
• Resolve pre-claim edit issues to minimize insurance denials.
• Collaborate to address data quality issues impacting reports.
• Communicate with external teams for improving workflows.
• Track trends and metrics for potential re-education areas.
• Develop specifications based on business and workflow analysis.
• Operate with general guidance and make independent decisions.
