The role is crucial for ensuring that lab service standards align with information services criteria, underpinned by quality management collaborations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conducts quality assurance integration and application validations.
• Meticulously documents testing evidence for quality management and project teams.
• Develops or assists in creating lab test scripts to meet stakeholder objectives.
• Collaborates with various teams to execute test scripts.
• Maintains standard operating procedures for validating testing scenarios.
• Troubleshoots, resolves, or escalates issues during testing.
• Participates in on-call and project support rotations.
• Analyzes and coordinates programming application activities.
• Tests and documents complex programs for implementation conformity.
• Reviews user requests and implements necessary changes.
• Assists in preparing systems specifications and user procedures.
• Develops and executes unit test programs.
• Tracks and analyzes key metrics and reports findings.
• Prepares work plans for assignments and updates project leaders.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
