In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and recommend implementation plans for system and product development.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams.
• Develop and deliver user training programs.
• Configure HIPAA rules according to policies and legal requirements.
• Assure compliance with system policies and legal standards.
• Conduct solution audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Support users and collaborate with implementation teams.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys post-implementation and recommend actions.
• Operate under general guidance, requiring independent decision-making.
