This position plays a pivotal role in managing analysis requests and supporting technology department projects.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Create and manage infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading using SQL.
- Automate processes for efficient service delivery, focusing on executive needs.
- Act as a thought leader in developing innovative systems for enhanced productivity.
- Identify and recommend improvements for inadequate systems and processes.
- Research and suggest new systems or organizational changes to improve operations.
- Build strong relationships with partners for system integration and provide data-driven guidance to management.
- Participate in cross-departmental groups to ensure strategic alignment.
- Define data access requirements and lead data sharing initiatives.
- Collaborate with development teams on process design and test feedback.
- Recommend system enhancements and aid in project prioritization.
- Lead data identification efforts aligning business processes with goals.
- Facilitate meetings to resolve issues like system modifications and process automation.
- Identify business process enhancements through investigation and analysis.
- Engage in Agile processes balancing various project demands.
- Develop, publish, and schedule reports to fulfill business needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

This role requires you to have:
- High School Diploma or GED; preferred bachelor's in finance, economics, or related field.
- Minimum three years as a Data Analyst with SQL Server and big data tools.
- Two years in business analysis or related education/experience.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in the mortgage industry.
- ETL process development knowledge.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Collaboration and organizational skills.
- Quantitative skills, including statistics.
- Experience with process improvement and change management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Jira, Confluence.
