The role exists to support the Global Operations Excellence team, helping to elevate data-driven processes and efficiency. Novelis operates 32 facilities worldwide, driven by a mission to shape a sustainable world, and offers innovative solutions for various markets.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist in data collection and analysis from different sources.
• Collaborate on the design and development of BI dashboards.
• Integrate data into BI tools for better analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.
• Work with tools like Tableau and Power BI to maintain dashboards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Suggest improvements for existing dashboards and processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Currently pursuing a degree in related fields.
• Basic understanding of BI tools like Tableau.
