NPSG Global is looking for a Data Analyst who will enhance their organizational efficiency by developing strategic data processes and reporting. The role involves delivering timely and accurate information to aid analysts and decision-makers, fostering data-driven insights across the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Automate data-centric processes.
• Create interactive tools and processes to boost productivity.
• Understand and utilize the organization's data resources effectively.
• Design and support financial reporting and data visualizations.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines.
• Provide monthly and weekly reports.
• Maintain design documentation and user guides for reports and data pipelines.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum two years of experience in data analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of database and data warehouse concepts.
• Intermediate statistics knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative work style.
