• Conduct data profiling and discovery
• Map source data to target systems
• Collaborate with business users
• Perform quality assurance activities

This role requires you to have:

• 10+ years experience as a data analyst with expertise in the Health plan domain
• 3+ years experience with Customer Journey Analytics in AEP platform
• Expertise with Azure, SQL, Python, and PowerBI
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
