Nuvem is looking for a Data Analyst to join their ITOp's department. This role involves understanding business processes and conducting complex analyses to provide essential solutions for clients. The ideal candidate should be analytical, curious, independent, and a natural problem solver with a drive to learn and produce results.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data analysis plans to meet clients' business information needs.
- Communicate data results effectively, focusing on addressing client questions.
- Resolve client issues related to system configuration and product functionality.
- Monitor and manage customer and vendor files, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Absorb and comprehend business flows to assist with complex analyses.
- Manage and document requirements for customer tickets.
- Coordinate unit testing with DevOps, Product, and UAT departments.
- Monitor workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Complete weekly tasks accurately and timely.
- Research tickets and issues independently, and handle assigned projects.
