In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze data to find solutions for clients' business information needs.
- Communicate data results focused on clients' inquiries.
- Resolve client issues related to system configuration and product functionality.
- Monitor and escalate concerns related to customer and vendor files.
- Understand business flows to assist with complex analyses.
- Document requirements and manage tickets for customers.
- Coordinate with DevOps, Product, and UAT teams for unit testing.
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements.
- Complete weekly tasks accurately and promptly.
- Research tickets and issues independently.
