In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop metrics and visualizations to monitor agency operations and criminal justice processes.
- Provide recommendations to improve pretrial operations and outcomes.
- Use advanced SQL to investigate data issues systematically.
- Design procedures to enhance data quality and streamline automation.
- Conduct statistical analyses and prepare research publications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement areas and resolve complex data challenges.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency with SQL and tools like MS SQL Server.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
