Finance Data Reconciliation Analyst

The Finance Data Reconciliation Analyst will provide essential financial analysis and support multiple departments to enhance operational efficiencies in healthcare service delivery.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain and update data categorization logic for reporting and reconciliation.
• Complete NY State mandated encounter data reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly internal claims assessments to address data inconsistencies.
• Ensure reconciliations adhere to state standards.
• Resolve discrepancies between internal data and general ledger.
• Oversee encounter data quality performance measures.
• Monitor data submission outcomes.
• Act as liaison to ensure alignment with state encounter expectations.
• Collect and reconcile unpaid claims liability data for actuaries.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of related industry experience.
• Experience in health insurance financial and data environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
• Strong data analysis skills in SQL Server environments.
