Product Analyst (Hybrid)

NYCM Insurance is looking for a diligent and analytical Product Analyst to enhance product performance visibility. This role within Product Management is vital for identifying growth opportunities, improving data presentation efficiencies, and supporting product development through thought-provoking analysis and strategic insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business line teams for product line development and enhancement.
• Support various divisions with product line initiatives.
• Gather data from multiple sources for complex analyses.
• Manage and modify database queries using tools such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and SAS.
• Prepare and analyze production and ad hoc reports, including graphs and trend analyses.
• Develop SAS programs for data structuring and report production.
• Ensure data accuracy and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct rate change analysis and assist with regulatory filing documentation.
• Research new products and processes for future development.
• Analyze business performance to support product lines, focusing on trends and pricing.
• Enhance reporting, analysis, and business understanding through continuous learning.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database management
