The Data Analyst will support the Institute for Systems Genetics, focusing on biomedical data analysis under the guidance of Dr. Liat Shenhav.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct statistical research involving data compilation, management, and analysis.
• Collaborate with biologists to integrate and interpret biomedical data.
• Utilize and develop computational pipelines for data analysis.
• Manage genomic data analysis and adapt pipelines in a dynamic research environment.
• Design and implement custom data workflows.
• Present analytical results to diverse audiences.
• Lead projects utilizing machine learning and informatics methods.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics.
• One year of research experience with training in statistics and machine learning.
• Proficiency in R, Matlab, and Python.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
