In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop predictive models to enhance decision-making for department needs and outcomes.
• Maintain data governance practices, ensuring compliance with standards when managing patient data.
• Perform market research to support strategic initiatives and service improvements.
• Assist in data collection and financial analysis for research grant management.
• Create and manage advanced dashboards and reports aligned with departmental objectives.
• Train staff in utilizing data analytics tools to promote a data-driven culture.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to data analytics capabilities.
• Analyze business operations for risk identification and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on departmental KPIs for performance tracking.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL, DAX, R, and Python.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
