In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee product and service order processing.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales, Finance, and Product Managers to finalize orders and billing.
• Coordinate product and service delivery with user needs.
• Serve as a system consultant for potential sales opportunities.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve product issues.
• Participate in the implementation planning for new products and services.
• Generate and distribute reports using order, user, and product data.
• Stay updated with OCLC products and continuous improvement opportunities.
