In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Oversee product and service order processing.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales, Finance, and Product Managers to finalize orders and billing.
- Coordinate product and service delivery with user needs.
- Serve as a system consultant for potential sales opportunities.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve product issues.
- Participate in the implementation planning for new products and services.
- Generate and distribute reports using order, user, and product data.
- Stay updated with OCLC products and continuous improvement opportunities.
