The Data Analyst I will enhance software support and system optimization for the division.

• Ensure timely resolution of help desk tickets, acting as the first contact for support requests.
• Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and training materials for users.
• Communicate user needs and limitations between internal users and the IT team.
• Analyze user feedback and system metrics to identify improvements.
• Design, test, and implement updates and features in software systems.
• Support the analysis of business processes for efficiency improvements.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and insights for informed decision-making.
• Stay updated on emerging tools to suggest system and support enhancements.
