In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct bioinformatics and statistical analyses on gene expression and proteomics data.
• Apply machine learning and data visualization techniques to support research on vascular integrity and host-microbiota interactions.
• Collaborate with researchers to interpret data and contribute to publications and grant applications.
• Engage in data management and process improvement individually and as part of the Translational Informatics team.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in R and other data analysis languages.
• Expertise in data analysis and project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Master’s degree in Biostatistics or Bioinformatics.
• Experience in biological or medical research data analysis.
