The role will involve partnering across business functions to support the data management platform and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will report to the Head of People Analytics and work towards building a world where Identity belongs to you.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee People & Places data architecture integrations
• Manage a team of People Analytics contingent workers
• Analyze large data sets to craft comprehensive data narratives
• Design and deliver consistent dashboards for stakeholders
• Maintain dashboards by monitoring functionality and updates
• Create technical documentation for new releases
• Partner with People & Places teams for accurate reporting
• Implement data governance standards and best practices
• Assess and adopt new data technologies

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 5 years in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science
• Proven problem-solving in complex database environments
• Strong SQL experience
• Expertise in Tableau for reporting and visualization
• Ability to promptly resolve database issues
• Strong business partnering skills
• Experience with Workday and Snowflake
