The Product Analyst, Risk role is part of the Business Technology Team aiming to enhance and broaden Okta's scale and growth by driving clarity and collaboration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring engineering best practices while supporting Okta's expanding end-user base.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to support Audit and Vulnerability Management tasks.
- Ensure in-boundary systems compliance by gathering requirements from Federal and Commercial teams.
- Enhance business solutions such as Kanban and audit evidence support.
- Maintain the highest levels of security, availability, and quality in environments.
- Identify opportunities to innovate, secure, and expand service delivery.
- Use data to quantify risk and support recommendations.
- Develop product security strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.
- Review and execute requirements, test plans, and technical specifications with the product team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in service management.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by sharing best practices with the team.

This role requires you to have:
- 4+ years of Governance, Risk and Compliance experience.
- 6+ years in supporting IT environments.
- Advanced-level understanding of Kanban, NIST IT security guidelines, and IT audit experience.
- Experience in integrating third-party applications.
- Demonstrated results using data to measure outcomes.
- Proficiency in design, prototyping, development, and testing.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum project lifecycle.
- Effective professional communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree is a plus.
You would benefit from having:
- 2+ years supporting FedRAMP or other federal compliance efforts.
